Your runs
stay here
Your footage is analysed in this browser and stays on this device. This page explains exactly what that means.
uploads
Your video is opened by your browser and analysed on your device. It is never sent to a server.

tracking
No analytics, no ads and no third-party scripts. Fonts, code and the pose model all load from this site.
On this device,
in this browser
When you analyse a run, the results are saved in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB), so My runs, Highlights, Coach and Dataset can use them.
| What | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Runs | The measurements, the tracked body points, trick names, notes and one small still frame per run. |
| Highlight clips | Only the clips you choose to make. |
| Labels and model | The names you give your airs on the Dataset page, and the model you train from them. |
Your original video file is not copied into storage. To see the overlay on a saved run again, you open the same file.

Checking this browser's storage.
Back it up,
or delete it
Back up
On My runs, use Export backup. You get one file with your runs, labels and model. Clips can go in too, which makes the file much bigger.
Move or restore
On My runs in the other browser or device, use Import backup. The runs in the file are added to the ones already there.
Delete
Delete a single run on My runs, or use Delete everything there to remove all runs, clips, labels and models from this browser. Clearing this site's data in your browser settings does the same.
Good to know
- Only this browser on this device can see your runs. Another browser, another device or a private window starts empty.
- Private windows delete everything when you close them.
- Browsers can clear site data on their own, for example when the device is low on space, and Safari may remove data for sites you haven't opened in a while. Export a backup if you want to keep your runs.
- Run cards, data files, clips and backups you download are ordinary files on your device. Once you share them, they go wherever you send them.
What the
server sees
APERTURA is a set of static files: pages, images, code and the pose model, served by Cloudflare Pages. When your browser asks for a page, Cloudflare sees the usual details of that request, such as your IP address and browser type, as with any website. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers what it does with them. APERTURA adds no tracking of its own, and there is no database where your runs could end up.
There are no forms on this site, and nothing asks for your name, email or location.
